The Role

Mentors are the backbone of our community-driven learning initiative. As a mentor, you act as a teacher, guide, motivator, and role model. Your primary role is to support learners in building skills, applying knowledge to projects, and cultivating a growth mindset. You will share experiences, provide career advice, and help learners navigate challenges.

After Sessions

Summarize key lessons, provide timely feedback on assignments, and follow up with students who may be struggling.

Expectations & Commitment

Time Commitment

At least 3-5 hours per week (includes sessions, preparation, and feedback).

Engagement

Actively participate in discussions on Discord and respond promptly to learners.

Professionalism

Be punctual, respectful, and ensure every student feels valued regardless of their skill level.
